Largely self-taught as an artist, Audrey’s Art for the Ages launched in 2015 with specific goals in mind; creating art, advocating the pay it forward/give back concept and inspiring others to do so. Every custom work of art is created for a very special reason, to benefit another. I was born and raised in Hagerstown, graduating from North Hagerstown High School in 1988, so my roots began in Washington County. I am thrilled to now be a registered artist with the Washington County Arts Council. This is my passion project. I am passionate about art. I am passionate about helping others. I am passionate about promoting the message of positivity and satisfaction of helping others. This is my mission statement. The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. is funded by an operating grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, (MSAC), an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. An agency of the Department of Business & Economic Development, the MSAC provides financial support and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations, units of government, colleges and universities for arts activities.
