I began my writing career in journalism but decided that fiction is my true passion. My debut and stand-alone novel "South of Reason" was voted a finalist in the Bookbzz.com Prize Writer Competition in 2015. Since then, I have written two more novels for the "Year of the Cat" series and will have the third and final book completed in 2018.
My novels weave together suspense, mystery, romance, and a compelling back-story. Titles range from historical fiction to fantasy fiction and will immerse readers in a witty, thought-provoking plot with plenty of surprises.
In 2017, a fellow author asked me to assist with a short film that he wanted to produce. I assisted with the writing of the spec script and will assist with the directing and production of the short film "A Notable Prisoner" coming out after 2019.The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. is funded by an operating grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, (MSAC), an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive.
